Long life arrows are used in longevity rituals and as a symbolic blessing kept on a practioner's shrine. The five colored silk ribbons hanging below the Arrow's flights represent the Five Buddhas while the small divination mirror (melong) and beads represent the mind of the deity and blessings of success, respectively.
