Senge Dongma, (Siṃhamukha), also known as Lion-faced Dakini, is a secret form of Vajrayogini. She is therefore related to Troma and the practice of Chod, and is known for her power to clear the most difficult of obstacles and to cut through the three poisons of mind. Guru Rinpoche secretly took the form of Lion Faced Dakini in order to avert spiritual obstacles and negativity.
“I found the practice of Senge Dongma to be a reliable source of protection when obstacles arise. Defilements attract the maras of hindrances and enemies just as a magnet attracts iron filings. These Statues have been gilded through a process of electric gold plating, which deposits a thin layer of gold upon the exterior with an electro-chemical process. The end result is absolutely stunning.
Statue height is 3.75 inches. Can be opened for filling and consecration.
