Beautiful gold gilded statue of Vairocana measuring 3.25 inches tall.
Vairocana is said to be the embodiment of all the Dhyani Buddhas. He represents the wisdom of emptiness, and is considered a personification of the Dharmakaya. He is associated with the first skandha, form. Meditation on Vairocana vanquishes ignorance and delusion, leading to wisdom.
These Statues have been gilded through a process of electric gold plating, which deposits a thin layer of gold upon the exterior with an electro-chemical process. The end result is absolutely stunning.
