A beautifully painted, one of a kind travel altar like no other. It has a drawer for storing incense, a metal trough for burning incense, three individual 3" display niches for placing very small tsa-tsas and/or statues, a flat surface for offerings, a tray that slides outward in front for more surface area (for a small text or pecha), as well as a bigger drawer underneath for storage of offering materials (and/or the tsa-tsas and statues when the shrine is closed while traveling).
When the shrine is opened, four lotuses can be seen blooming from blue waters between the statue niches, like the ever-growing four immeasurables of love, compassion, joy, and equanimity. The artwork on this travel shrine glows with a golden red warmth depicting offering clouds of wish-fulfilling jewels, precious Dharma imagery to support meditation. When we go to holy places, they inspire us to practice. This shrine is like taking a holy place with you, wherever you go.
The gilded statues we sell do not fit into the display niches. Only the mini copper statues (https://www.dharmatreasures.com/search?q=copper+statue+mini&options%5Bprefix%5D=last) as well as the 1.75" brass Guru Rinpoche will fit.
